We typically ship standard orders within 3–5 business days. During sabbats, full moons, or major launches, processing might take a bit longer. Custom orders need 4–6 weeks to cure before shipping. Apparel orders take 3–5 business days for processing and 1–2 weeks for shipping. Thank you for your patience as we craft your magic by hand.

We pack each order with care and intention, but if your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with a photo and a brief description of the issue.
