Soaps
- If the soap ordered is damaged or defective let us know witin 3 days of the product being delivered
- We do require proof for damaged/defective items as we cover sipping costs for these
- If you don’t like the scent of the soap you ordered, let us know within 3 days of receipt and we’ll be happy to set up an exchange. The product MUST be UNUSED
- Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the product is defective
- Misfit soaps are not considered defective, but may be exchanged for a misfit of another scent if stocks allow
- Custom ordered soaps are NOT eligible for exchanges but may be eligible for returns if they are defective
