Returns and Exchanges

Clothing

 

  • Returns are limited to defective or damaged products only

 

  • No exchanges can be made

Soaps

 

  • If the soap ordered is damaged or defective let us know witin 3 days of the product being delivered

 

  • We do require proof for damaged/defective items as we cover sipping costs for these

 

  • If you don’t like the scent of the soap you ordered, let us know within 3 days of receipt and we’ll be happy to set up an exchange. The product MUST be UNUSED

 

  • Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the product is defective

 

  • Misfit soaps are not considered defective, but may be exchanged for a misfit of another scent if stocks allow

 

  • Custom ordered soaps are NOT eligible for exchanges but may be eligible for returns if they are defective
